Started Small. Built for Scale.
We started in 2014 with a single product line: replacement battery packs for the European aftermarket. Our founders came from the cell manufacturing side of the industry — they understood grade A cells, impedance matching, and formation cycling before they understood marketing. That technical DNA still runs through everything we do.
By 2015, European OEM brands were asking for white-label packs with their own connectors, BMS parameters, and packaging. We built an in-house BMS hardware team to meet that demand, rather than outsourcing to a generic BMS vendor. Today, our BMS firmware supports custom proprietary display protocols for 12 different OEM clients — none of them share code.
We support OEM and distributor programs across 30+ countries. Every pack carries the same 6-stage QC process that we've used since 2013. We've turned down orders that would have required us to cut corners. We plan to keep doing that.
How We Work
Quality Over Volume
We cap production orders to maintain quality. If an order would compromise our QC process, we say no. This is why our defect return rate is under 0.2% lifetime.
Factory, Not Middleman
Every battery we quote is a battery we manufacture. We own the cell inventory, the assembly line, the test equipment, and the certification records. No trading company markup.
Long-Term Partnerships
Our average OEM client relationship is 4.5 years. We invest in understanding your product roadmap, not just your current order. Volume discounts and priority capacity for returning clients.
Full Traceability
Every pack serial number maps to a cell lot number, a BMS firmware version, a production date, and a QC sign-off. Maintained for 5 years. Available to buyers on request with or without NDA.

Founded
Started as an aftermarket replacement battery supplier for EU distributors. First shipments to Germany and the Netherlands.

First OEM Contract
Signed first white-label OEM agreement with a mid-size European ebike brand. Beginning of custom BMS development program.

CE · UN38.3 Certified
Completed CE (LVD + EMC) and UN38.3 certification across all production SKUs. IEC62133 test program initiated.

In-House BMS Launch
Deployed first fully in-house BMS hardware and firmware platform. Enabled custom protocol support for key OEM clients.

Scale Production
Expanded production team and flexible battery-pack assembly capacity for mobility, industrial, and backup-power customers.

Completed UL2271 certification for North American market entry. IEC62133-2 standard across all production lines.
