All configurations use Tier-1 cells sourced from Samsung SDI, LG Energy Solution, Panasonic, or CATL, binned within ±2% capacity variation per cell group. Our in-house 13S BMS is tuned for 48V duty: active cell balancing, configurable over-discharge cutoff (40V–44V), peak current handling up to 80A, and optional UART/CAN communication for display integration.
We ship 48V packs to 30+ countries. UN38.3 transport documentation is included, covering both air freight (IATA PI 965/966) and sea/road. CE Declaration of Conformity covers LVD and EMC directives for full EU market compliance.
