When standard 36V or 48V packs do not provide enough range or discharge headroom, our 52V E-bike platforms give OEM buyers a proven starting point. The KT-E60, KT-E60-PRO, KT-E33, and KT-E33PRO families cover integrated-frame and down-tube layouts with 18650 or 21700 cells, including 52V 20Ah, 23Ah, 26Ah, and 30Ah catalog configurations.

For OEM programs, we customize the pack around your frame, motor controller, display, connector layout, and certification target. Engineering work can include cell selection analysis, BMS firmware tuning, connector/harness design, enclosure modifications, label artwork, and packaging. New tooling or major enclosure changes are handled as custom development with a clear sample and mass-production timeline.

We manage the certification package needed for target markets, including UN38.3 transport documents, CE/RoHS paperwork, MSDS/SDS, and IEC62133 or UL-family testing when required. For high-capacity E-bike programs entering multiple markets simultaneously, we sequence certification and sample builds to minimize time-to-market.

Minimum: target voltage, target capacity (Ah or Wh), max dimensions (L×W×H), discharge current (continuous and peak), connector type, and target certifications. More detail accelerates the quote.

Do you charge for engineering design and prototyping?

A non-refundable NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) fee applies for fully custom projects. This covers PCB design, BMS firmware, tooling for enclosure, and sample production. NRE is credited against the first mass production order.

Can you help obtain certifications for new markets?

Yes. We work with accredited third-party labs (SGS, TÜV Rheinland, Intertek, UL) to obtain certifications. We manage the paperwork, sample submission, and follow-up. Certification timelines vary: UN38.3 (2–4 weeks), CE (4–8 weeks), UL (8–16 weeks).

Can you replicate or improve a competitor's battery design?

We can reverse-engineer and improve existing designs. A valid NDA is required before sharing any proprietary information.
